These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AI Mufti mobile application ("App") operated by AI Mufti ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Mufti, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

AI Mufti provides:

• Quran reading with translations, tafsir, and recitation audio
• AI-powered pronunciation assessment and coaching
• AI chat assistant for Islamic education
• Live voice-based AI teacher sessions
• Qaida (Arabic alphabet) learning tools
• Islamic games and quizzes

3. AI-Generated Content

• AI responses may contain inaccuracies. Always verify Islamic rulings, tafsir interpretations, and religious guidance with qualified scholars.
• Pronunciation assessments are approximate and intended as a learning aid, not a definitive evaluation.
• The Quran text itself is sourced from established databases (Quran.com) and is not AI-generated.

4. User Accounts

• You may use the App without creating an account (anonymous mode).
• If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• You may delete your account at any time from the App settings or by contacting us.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the AI features
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the App
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the App or its content
• Use the App to generate content that is disrespectful to Islam, the Quran, or any religion

6. Free Tier & Subscriptions

• The App offers a free tier with daily usage limits on certain AI features.
• Premium subscriptions may be offered to unlock additional usage. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing are managed through Google Play Store.
• Refunds for subscriptions are subject to Google Play Store policies.
• We reserve the right to modify free tier limits at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

• The App design, code, and branding are owned by AI Mufti.
• Quran text and translations are sourced from public Islamic scholarship and Quran.com.
• Tafsir content is attributed to its respective authors and publishers.
• Recitation audio is provided by their respective reciters via Quran.com and EveryAyah.com.
• You may not claim ownership of AI-generated feedback provided by the App.

8. Availability & Changes

• We strive to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.
• AI model changes by Google may affect the quality or behaviour of AI features.

9. Limitation of Liability

AI Mufti is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any inaccuracies in AI-generated content, pronunciation assessments, or translations.
• We are not liable for any decisions made based on content provided by the App.
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and deleting your account.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sydney, NSW.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
