What gets deleted

When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove:

Note: Voice recordings sent for pronunciation assessment are processed in real-time and are not stored on our servers. There are no recordings to delete.

Purchase records held by Google Play and RevenueCat may be retained where tax and accounting law requires it. They are not used for any other purpose.

How to delete your account

Option 1: From the app

Go to Settings > Delete Account. This will immediately delete your account and all associated data.

Option 2: Email us

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Delete My Account" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 48 hours.

Processing time: Account deletion requests are processed within 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
