This page explains how to ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you. You can use it whether or not you have an account, and you do not need the app installed.

Option 1: In the app (fastest)
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This removes your account and the data associated with it immediately.
Option 2: Email us
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data deletion request", and include:
If you use the app without an account, tell us what data you want removed and any detail that helps us identify it.
Do not send your password. We never ask for it, and we will never ask for it by email.
Deleted: your account record and profile details; your pronunciation assessment history and scores; notification tokens and preferences linked to the account; your AI conversation history; and any other personal data tied to the account.
Retained for a limited period, where the law requires it: transaction and tax records, and security or abuse records. These are held in a restricted store, are not used for any other purpose, and are deleted once the required period ends.
Aggregated or de-identified analytics may be kept; they no longer identify you and are not linked back to your account.
You can also ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or object to certain processing. Email [email protected] and we will respond within the timeframe the applicable law requires. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
